FAQs / Help

Are dogs allowed in BeWILDerwood?

Sorry, no dogs, except guide/assistance dogs. BeWILDerwood allows assistance dogs of all kinds into the park and follows the Equality and Human Rights commission's definition of an assistance dogs. We do not allow dogs to stay in cars or on leads outside of the park.

Who can book a free 'carer' ticket?

A person over the age of 18 who is providing help and support to an individual visiting the park, who is in receipt of DLA (Disability Living Allowance), PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or is a current holder of an Access Card or a Blue Badge. The term carer should not be confused with a foster carer or care assistant. We just ask to see the Access Card, Blue Badge or proof of DLA/PIP receipt at the gate on the day you visit.

What is your return policy?

BeWILDerwood tickets are non-refundable. However, we are able to swap your tickets to another date within 1 year of your purchase date, if availablity allows. Please let us know if you need to change your booking as soon as possible.

Do I need to book a timeslot for arrival?

Nope! We are open from 10am to 5pm. Last admission into the park is 4pm, however we recommend allowing all day to run WILD in the woods.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher issued prior to 2024?

We have recently upgraded our ticketing site & so if your gift voucher issue date is earlier than 31.12.2023, the process of redeeming has changed.

Please note, you will only be able to redeem one voucher code per booking. If you have multiple gift vouchers to redeem, we recommend making an account to streamline the process.

Please select 'Day Pass Cheshire Admission' and enter the ticket corresponding to your gift voucher into the basket, then select your visit date.

Enter your gift voucher code into the 'coupon code?' box at the top right of the basket page. Your booking total should now be £0.

Click checkout and follow the remaining steps.

If you have further voucher codes to redeem, please repeat the steps above.

If you have any questions, please do call our office on 01829 830730, or pop an email to cheshire@bewilderwood.co.uk and our helpful Twiggle Team will be happy to assist.

Do I need to book a timeslot for the inclusive activities?

Nope! Our crafts and facepainting runs from 11am to 4pm, and our Storytelling Shows are on up to 4 times a day!

Why are tickets based on height?

There are certain things within that park that have height restrictions for use, so our tickets are based around this.
